The site is located in Addis Ababa Akaki Kality sub city commonly known as ‘Saris’ Area.The project scope consists of hotel remodeling and back yard entertainment design and construction supervision and contract administration services. Swimming pool, pool bar and external Jacuzzi, gymnasium and spa building and landscaping.

Plot area:- 4,900 square meters.

Project Duration:-March 2014-March 2016.

Project Estimation:-Birr 150 million.
