Description of the Project:

B+G+10 mixed use bldg. (commercial + office) located around kality area, A.A.

On the ground floor it has a double floor cafeteria with an interactive outdoor space, a rental space for a bank and retail. Retail spaces and cafeteria on the first floor. A fully retail space on the second floor. Four meeting halls with various capacities and a gymnasium on the third floor. The rest of the floors are dedicated for office spaces.

Plot area:- 2,785 sq m (2125 sq m built up area)
