Description of the Project:

Four typologies were requested depending up on the type of government service provided. A typology that mainly serves the public, another with purely governmental work, another with both public and governmental activities, the last typology for a research and development centered facilities. All typologies are B+G+21 with which each typology has its own character based on the purpose it serves. Typologies where the public is served have inviting and interactive sitting areas.

Plot area:- Each Typology requires 5,000 square meters

Project Estimation:- Governmental admin office=750 million Birr (Provisional)

Partial public and Government Activity Office =770 million Birr (Provisional)

Research, Development and Government Activity Office =770 million Birr (Provisional)
