Ambassador real estate has been developing residential units around AYAT neighbourhood.A total of 35,000 sq.m of land was allocated to apartments

DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:

There are twenty six four storey apartment blocks with three types of typologies according to the topography. All typologies accommodates 22 families and service area and common facilities at the basement. Each block has 4 units of three bed room types17 units of two- bed room type and one unit of -one bed room type They have a common basement parking space. In addition to the apartment blocks solar

compound lights, green areas, children play ground, parking units for every house hold and common facilities like gymnasium, supermarkets and cafes at the street level are also part of the development.

Plot area(project area)-34,000 square meters
