Description of the Project:

THE SITE:

GHION GAS PLC has a parent company to develop real estate on its own premises located adjacent to Ethio-China friendship road. The area of development is 22,975square meters and all allocated for high rise apartment developments.

DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:

The proposed design contains eleven apartment complex with two underground parking units and an outdoor parking area.

The apartment complex contain Nine Apartments blocks having two 2 bedroom units and two 3 bedroom units per floor. The rest two apartment blocks are luxury Apartments located at the North western part of the site.

The design provides parking for 398 cars, in which 366 car parking spaces are found in the underground parking units and 32 car parking spaces are found outdoors.

The design take the benefit of site’s natural slope creating a continuous stepped landscape with continuous greenery at its center. The greenery ends in wrapping around a standard swimming pool with children & Adult swimming sections. These landscaping elements enable in connecting the whole complex and creating a visual and physical leisure places.
