Description of the Project:

A residential complex for staff located at bole lemi. The complex comprises of apartment blocks and villas for administrative staff and a commercial center to provide facilities for residents.

G+4 apartment blocks have four units on each floor. Ground floor units are two bedroom apartments while the rest of the floors have three bedroom units. G+1 Villa are also designed for CEOs. The Commercial block has a supermarket, cafeteria and gymnasium.

Plot area- 23311.8 sqm
